What data we process and why
Your name, phone, email and any comments you give us, solely to manage your booking: to confirm it, send you a reminder and contact you if there is any issue.
Legal basis
Carrying out the booking you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). If you mention allergies or intolerances in the comments, they are processed with your explicit consent solely to prepare your service.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to manage the booking and for a maximum of 24 months. After that it is deleted or anonymised and only statistics that do not identify you are kept.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties. The booking platform (Mahaia reservas) acts as a data processor on behalf of the restaurant, with servers in the European Union.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting the restaurant at casinogastrotekairun@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
